After informing invoice, you can also have the delivery data in the order. This data matches the carrier name, tracking code, and trace URL, and can be entered both by the interface and by the Orders management API.

VTEX has some natively integrated carriers for automatic tracking of delivery status. Each movement is registered on the Orders Management and every 24 hours an email is sent to the client with the latest updates.

In order for automatic tracking to take place, it is necessary to follow the requirements of each carrier when sending the delivery data, as detailed in this article.

Carriers available:

Note: VTEX has no contractual link with carriers quoted here, as it has no SLA related to these integrations.

The carrier name must contain "gollog" or the tracking URL must begin with http://g3cs.uesc.com/.

ServientregaConnector

The carrier name must start with "servientrega" or the tracking URL must begin with http://www.servientrega.com/TrafficContact/.

Total Express

Before it is necessary to request the configuration by the VTEX support informing the REID (your company code in Total Express), provided by the carrier.

Non-integrated carriers

In the case of carriers not integrated by VTEX, you can send your delivery updates via the tracking API. As with native integrations, the information will be registered with WHO and will be e-mailed to clients.

The sending of this data can be done by any external system that is following the delivery status of the package, be it an ERP, middleware or the carrier itself.

Integration with the Post Office

As detailed in this known issue, native trace integration with the Post is currently unavailable and may be discontinued.
