Previously, these settings were known in our system as gateway affiliations.\n\n> ℹ️ To understand what each institution involved in payment operations does, see [Financial agents in the payment flow](/en/docs/tutorials/financial-agents-in-the-payment-flow).\n\nThe provider management screen allows you to:\n\n- [Add new providers](#adding-providers)\n- [View added providers](#viewing-added-providers)\n- [Edit provider settings](#editing-provider-settings)\n\n![interface_provedor_EN_1](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/payments/payment-providers/registering-gateway-affiliations_1.jpg)\n\n## Adding providers\n\nTo add a new payment or anti-fraud provider to your store, follow the steps below:\n\n1. In the VTEX Admin, go to **Store Settings > Payment > Providers**, or type **Providers** in the search bar at the top of the page.\n\n2. Click `New Provider`.\n\n3. Type the name of the payment or anti-fraud provider in the search bar and click it.\n\n4. Complete the **App key** and **App token** fields with the information from the provider.\n\n   > ⚠️ For some connectors, a message will ask you to install the app. If it appears, click `Install app` and follow the instructions.\n\n5. Click `Save`.\n\n> ℹ️ Some providers require fields other than **App key** and **App token** (step 4) or the installation of an app. In these cases, configure the provider according to its specific tutorial, available in [List of payment providers by country](/en/docs/tutorials/list-of-payment-providers-by-country).\n\n> ❗ The credentials used to complete the **App key** and **App token** fields must be provided by the payment provider to identify the store. Don't use [credentials generated in the Admin](/en/docs/tutorials/api-keys), which start with `vtexappkey-`.\n\nAfter saving, the provider is displayed on the provider management screen. Next, in [Payment conditions](/en/docs/tutorials/how-to-configure-payment-conditions), define which payment methods it will process and, if needed, set up [special conditions](/en/docs/tutorials/special-conditions) for those methods.\n\n![interface_provedor_EN_2](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/payments/payment-providers/registering-gateway-affiliations_2.JPG)\n\n## Viewing added providers\n\nThe main provider management screen, available in the VTEX Admin under **Store Settings > Payment > Providers**, displays all the payment or anti-fraud providers added to a store. In the VTEX Admin, go to **Store Settings > Payment > Providers**, or type **Providers** in the search bar at the top of the page.\n2. Click the payment or anti-fraud provider you want.\n3. On the provider configuration screen, click `Edit`.\n4. Before saving, confirm with the provider that the new information is correct."}
