Customers are not able to delete templates from the legacy CMS.

1. In the Admin, click on the CMS module.
2. Click Layout.
3. Click on the CMS folder.
4. Click on the HTML Templates folder.
5. Click on the delete button in any template.

When you try to delete a template, the following message will pop up:

There is no workaround for this scenario.
