Other times it takes the user to an empty CRM.\n\nThis can be solved by manually entering the name of the sub account in the URL.\n\nExample: https://www.\\{accountname\\}.vtexcrm.com.br\n\n## Simulation\n\n1. Enter VTEX CRM from your store;\n2. Select one of the desired sub account options.\n\n## Workaround\n\nManually adjust the URL in the browser so it correctly relates to the desired sub account.\n\nE.g: https://www.\\{account\\}.vtex.com.br\n\nIt's extremely important to type the `https://`."}
