Creating or editing List Type does not work

Summary
On the List Types screen, when clicking on "See details" or "New List Type", it's not possible to create or change the List Type.
Simulation
On the initial admin page, go to "Catalog" > "List Types" and click on "New List Type" or change something in "See details" of a already existing List Type.
Workaround
Create a List Type using the "GiftListInsertUpdate" method in WebService.
