Go to mystore.vtexcrm.com.br\n2. Open a CL document (any will do)\n3. Open the comment field\n\n\n ![](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vtexdocs/known-issues/refs/heads/main/docs/en/known-issues/Storage/comment-vtexcrm-field-is-not-showing-its-content_1.png)\n\n\n4. Try inserting any data in it and save\n5. Refresh the page, nothing will be there, albeit the API is showing content.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n## Workaround\n\n\n\nCreate a new field for this data entity as a text type and name it Comment.\n\nThen insert it in the form and you will have a \"clone\" comment field that is functional."}
