Summary
Currently there is an issue with some Seller Portal account creation, where there might be an communication issue between the seller onboarding process and the IO Apps resulting in some accounts created without the categories tree

Open the recently created Seller Portal account and check if the categories are missing.

Workaround
The workaround consists in manually correct the affected accounts, to do so, please request the fix to the product team.
