This article refers to the VTEX search. To learn more about the VTEX Intelligent Search application, see [this track](/en/tracks/vtex-intelligent-search--19wrbB7nEQcmwzDPl1l4Cb).\n\nYou can use the search parameters to filter product fields or SKU fields in the store search.\n\nSee how in the article [Search Parameters](/en/tutorial/search-parameters).\n\nBut for the product or SKU field to work as a filter, the __Filter flag__ must be checked on the product field set up screen.\n\nTo access this screen, follow the steps below:\n1. In the Catalog module, go to the __Products Management__ tab and click the __Category__ option.\n2. Access the desired category and click the __Actions__ button.\n3. Click the __Field (Product)__ or __Field (SKU)__ button.\n4.
