This is possible because communication between VTEX and the external marketplace is concluded after the order is billed. This means that the order can be cancelled after billing, without VTEX being notified.\n\nThus, to verify whether the scenario is within normality, just compare the billing date on VTEX with the cancellation request date on the marketplace.\n\nAfter that, get in touch with the marketplace to find out why the order was cancelled.\n\n_The order will **not** appear as cancelled on VTEX. Once the order status is billed, it is no longer possible to alter it._"}
