To solve this issue, the answer is quite simple: you will have to redo the integration process.\n\nIn order to do this, the first step is accessing the integration registration:\n\n1. Access the __Marketplace__ module\n2. Click on __Integration__\n3. Look for the Mercado Livre __panel__\n4. Click on the __gears__ icon <img class=\"shadow-4\" src=\"https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/faq/channels/why-are-my-orders-not-integrating-with-mercado-livre_1.png\" />\n5. Click on __Edit config_\n\nFrom there onwards, you'll need to redo the integration process.\n\n6. Click on the __deactivate__ button\n7. Select __Save configuration__\n\nWait for about 15 minutes, then proceed with the following:\n\n8. Access the __integration registration__ page. Repeat the first five steps on this tutorial.\n9. Click on __activate__\n10. Click on __save configuration__\n\nHaving done this, wait for 15 more minutes. The most important step of this process begins now:\n\n11. Access the Mercado Livre __panel__\n12. __Login__ with the account you wish to integrate\n13.
