See [Shipping rate template](/en/docs/tutorials/shipping-rate-template) and [Managing shipping rates](/en/docs/tutorials/managing-shipping-rates).\n\nIf you import an **.xlsx** file, the rates are not updated.\n\nExport the spreadsheet that is already on the platform, edit it, and import it again. That keeps the accepted format. To get the template, use **Spreadsheet Model Download** on the carrier settings screen.\n\n**.xls** files are limited to 65,536 rows. If you need more rows, add extra sheets with the same header. Each import overwrites the previous file."}
