At checkout, the customer doesn't need to enter this information in the store, which makes the purchase more secure. They're redirected to the wallet's environment to authenticate their identity and choose the payment method. Then, the purchase returns to the store's flow and the order is completed.\n\nThe [sub-acquirer](/en/docs/tutorials/financial-agents-in-the-payment-flow#sub-acquirer) is the company that processes payments and transmits the data to the other parties in the payment flow. Some digital wallets also act as sub-acquirers, allowing even non-registered users to complete a purchase through their environment.\n\nExamples of digital wallets you can configure in your VTEX store: [Google Pay](/en/docs/tracks/google-pay), [Apple Pay](/en/docs/tracks/apple-pay), [Configuring Samsung Pay as a payment method](/en/docs/tutorials/configuring-samsung-pay-as-a-payment-method), [Setting up payments with PayPalV2](/en/docs/tutorials/setting-up-payments-with-paypalv2), and [Setting up Mercado Pago Offline and Wallet as payment methods](/en/docs/tutorials/setting-up-mercado-pago-offline-and-wallet-as-payment-methods), among others."}
