If you want to implement it in the future, please complete our [form](https://vtex.com/us-en/contact/) apontaby entering the product name in the `Comments` field.\n\n**Worksheets** is a VTEX Admin page to manage the worksheets used by pickers to group and pick the order items in real time. Pickers can group as many orders as they like in each worksheet.\n\nThis page allows you to:\n\n* [Create worksheets](#create-worksheets)\n* [Search for worksheets](#search-for-worksheets)\n* [Filter worksheets](#filter-worksheets)\n\n![pick-pack-ordem-servico-en](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/shipping/vtex-pick-and-pack/vtex-pick-and-pack-worksheets_1.png)\n\nOrders are displayed in cards with the following information:\n\n![pick-pack-ordem-servico-2-en](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/shipping/vtex-pick-and-pack/vtex-pick-and-pack-worksheets_2.png)\n\n* Worksheet ID.\n* Number of orders in the worksheet.\n* Number of items in the worksheet.\n* Name of the worksheet picker.\n* Facility name.\n* Worksheet status.\n\n## Creating a worksheet\n\nYou can create a new worksheet by following the steps below:\n\n1. In the **Unassigned Orders** menu, select the orders you want to add to the worksheet. There is no limit to the number of orders per worksheet.\n2. Click `Assign to`.\n3. Click the **Manual** tab to create the worksheet manually.\n4. Click the `+` icon to create a worksheet. You can create more than one worksheet.\n5. Click `Create`.\n\n## Viewing worksheets\n\nYou can optimize the worksheet query from the following tabs:\n\n* **All:** All worksheets created.\n* **Picking:** Worksheets in which the picking is in progress.\n* **Packing:** Worksheets awaiting shipping.\n* **Completed:** Completed worksheets.\n* **Canceled:** Canceled worksheets.\n\nYou can also view more worksheet details by clicking the <i class=\"fas fa-chevron-down\"></i> button on the card.\n\n![pick-pack-ordem-servico-4-en](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/shipping/vtex-pick-and-pack/vtex-pick-and-pack-worksheets_4.png)\n\n## Searching for a worksheet\n\nYou can search for a worksheet using the search bar. You can enter the worksheet ID or the order ID you want to find.\n\n## Filtering worksheets\n\nYou can refine the search and view orders by selecting the Filter option. Filter the worksheets by:\n\n* **Categories:** Item categories from the orders.\n* **Available Pickers:** Pickers that are available.\n* **Facilities:** Added facilities. You can view all facilities or filter to view only specific ones."}
