To enable the solution in your store, request activation from the VTEX Product Support team.\n\n**VTEX Pick and Pack** is the solution that allows merchants to manage order picking, packing, and delivery from physical stores and warehouses to customers’ addresses or [pickup points](/en/docs/tutorials/pickup-points). All management is made in one place, providing visibility and control for merchants throughout the fulfillment process.\n\n## Capabilities\n\nSome of the **VTEX Pick and Pack** capabilities are the following:\n\n- Pickers can scan barcodes in the mobile app to change orders and pick items without access to the store Admin.\n- Merchants can:\n\n  - Configure packages and labels with barcodes. Package labels are printed by the picker using the mobile app.\n  - The merchant can enable communication between the picker and the customer to handle scenarios such as replacing, rejecting, or adding items.\n  - Track delivery statuses in the Admin via the integration with the carriers that handle shipping.\n  - Manage the in-store pickup order flow.\n\nWith **VTEX Pick and Pack**, merchants can also collect data and analytics on the fulfillment process, using a data-driven approach to improve pickers' performance, optimize physical store and warehouse distribution, and increase overall logistics efficiency.\n\n## VTEX Pick and Pack pages\n\nIn the VTEX Admin, go to **Shipping > Pick and Pack**. The solution is composed of the following pages, each with its own documentation:\n\n- **[Orders](/en/docs/tutorials/vtex-pick-and-pack-orders):** Consult, search, and filter the orders processed by the solution.\n- **[Worksheets](/en/docs/tutorials/vtex-pick-and-pack-worksheets):** Create and follow up on the worksheets that group orders for picking.\n- **[Insights](/en/docs/tutorials/vtex-pick-and-pack-insights):** Process time and performance indicators for the fulfillment operation.\n- **[Settings](/en/docs/tutorials/vtex-pick-and-pack-settings):** Configure orders, worksheets, items, automation, users, and integrations.\n- **[Last Mile](/en/docs/tutorials/vtex-pick-and-pack-last-mile):** Track deliveries in the VTEX Admin, with carrier integration for shipping status updates and support for the in-store pickup flow.\n\n> ⚠️ The **Last Mile** mobile app for drivers was discontinued in 2024.
