These agents run actions directly in your operation, such as checking order status, applying promotions, completing purchases, and recovering abandoned carts.\n\nThe platform connects natively to your commerce operation, including orders, catalog, checkout, and promotions. This gives agents access to real-time data and allows them to resolve customer requests end-to-end in a single conversation, across channels like WhatsApp, webchat, voice, email, and social media.\n\n## Features\n\nSee some of the features of **VTEX CX Platform**:\n\n- **Autonomous agents** plan and run complex tasks without relying on fixed, predefined flows.\n- **Product concierge** recommends items based on the catalog, inventory, and promotions in real time.\n- **Order tracking** provides real-time status through native access to the OMS.\n- **Exchanges, returns, and cancellations** are resolved end-to-end without human intervention.\n- **Abandoned cart recovery** re-engages the customer with product context and direct checkout in the conversation.\n- **In-chat payment** completes the purchase without leaving the conversation, with Pix (Brazil), credit, or debit.\n- **Conversational campaigns** promote reactivation, restocking, and upselling through messages with approved templates.\n- **Analytics** provides data and metrics about support and operation results.\n\nThis tutorial helps you navigate the platform and is divided into the following sections:\n\n- [Sign up and log in](#sign-up-and-log-in)\n- [Create organization and project](#create-organization-and-project)\n- [Access profile](#access-profile)\n- [Permission system](#permission-system)\n- [Change platform language](#change-platform-language)\n\n## Sign up and log in\n\nWhen you access the platform, you can create a free account or log in to an existing account.\n\nTo create a free account, follow the steps below:\n\n1. To access the options, click `Manage members` in the desired project.\n\nProject permissions are as follows:\n\n- **Moderator:** has full admin access to a project. Can make any changes or configurations to the project.\n- **Contributor:** can edit content (for example, flows, instructions, message templates).\n- **Viewer:** only reads information, such as flows, contacts, messages, but cannot edit them.\n- **Marketing:** has access to the **Campaigns** and **Contacts** modules to configure and manage campaign sends with templates.\n- **Human support:** exclusive permission for human agents. Only has access to the **Live Desk** module.\n\n> ⚠️ A project's permissions apply specifically to the project and may differ from organization permissions. For example, if a user has Admin permission in the organization and Viewer permission in a project, they can make changes throughout the organization, except in the project where they were designated as Viewer. In that project, they can't edit information, only view it."}
