The credentials are intended to validate, in a secure environment, the knowledge acquired throughout the programs, ensuring a practical and applied learning experience.\n\n- [Programs](#programs)\n- [Credentials](#credentials)\n\n### Programs\n\n**Programs** are structured learning paths, mostly made up of video lessons and organized into modules, focused on specific topics such as Architecture, VTEX Modules, Development, APIs, and Commerce Management, allowing for progressive deepening in each area.\n\nFollow the steps below to access a program:\n\n1. On the main page, scroll down to the section **Meet our Programs**.\n2. Click the program you want.\n3. Access each module and watch all the lessons to complete the program.\n\n### Credentials\n\n**Credentials** are titles awarded to professionals who pass the exams, which assess their level of knowledge in each topic related to the respective programs. They’re organized into three pillars — Architecture, Business, and Technology — and cover various topics, such as VTEX IO, Demoing VTEX, APIs and Integrations, among others.\n\nIn addition, the learning paths available in the programs work as preparatory content for the certification exams, helping participants consolidate their learning and prepare for the credentials.\n\nFollow the steps below to access the content on credentials:\n\n1. On the main page, scroll down to the section **Meet our Credentials**.\n2. Click the credential you want.\n3. Click the desired video lesson on the right side of the screen.\n\n\nFor more information about the registration process, pricing, and more, visit [VTEX Academy](academy.vtex.com).\n\n## Access and settings\n\nOn the homepage, you can access the following features:\n\n- [Main menu](#main-menu)\n- [Search and settings](#search-and-settings)\n- [Account information](#account-information)\n\n### Main menu\n\nAt the top left of the homepage, you can access the **Favorites** and the [official VTEX page](https://vtex.com/en-us/).\n\n#### Favorites\n\nThe **Favorites** page shows all the video lessons accessed by the user and highlighted as their favorites.\n\nTo set a lesson as a favorite, open the video and click the heart icon at the bottom of the screen.\n\n### Search and settings\n\nAt the top right of the homepage, you can activate the following functions:\n\n- **Search:** Provides quick access to a list of video lessons based on your search.\n- **Study reminder:** Allows you to set up an automatic message to your email address reminding you to attend classes on the platform.\n- **Notifications:** Allows the platform to send notifications.\n- **Languages:** Select the language in which the information will be displayed on the platform (English, Portuguese, or Spanish).\n\n> ⚠️ All video lessons are only available in English. To view subtitles in Portuguese, English, or Spanish, click the \"cc\" icon on the video player's control bar.\n\n### Account information\n\nAt the top right of the homepage, you can check specific information about your account, such as profile data, favorites, ratings, and notifications.\n\n### My profile\n\nThe **My Profile** section displays all the information related to your settings and interactions with the platform, as well as the number of video lessons and courses you’ve completed so far."}
