Go to **Promotions > Promotions** in the VTEX Admin to access the page.\n\n![seller-portal-promo-en](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/sellers/seller-portal/seller-portal-promotions_1.png)\n\nFrom the promotion list in the Seller Portal, you can do the following:\n\n* [Create a new promotion](#creating-a-new-promotion)\n* [Search for promotions](#searching-for-promotions)\n* [Filter promotions](#filtering-promotions)\n* [Export promotions](#exporting-promotions)\n* [View promotion usage data](#viewing-promotion-usage-data)\n* [Access the promotion action menu](#accessing-the-promotion-action-menu)\n* [View archived promotions](#viewing-archived-promotions)\n\nThe **Promotions** page displays the following information in a table:\n\n| Column     | Description           |\n| ---------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n| Name       | Promotion name and description.            |\n| Start Date | Date the promotion will apply.       |\n| End Date   | Date the promotion will end.      |\n| Status     | Promotion status, which can be:<br /><br />-  **Active:** If the promotion is activated and applied in the store.<br />-  **Scheduled:** If the promotion has been scheduled.<br />-  **Paused:** If the promotion is paused.<br />-  **Completed:** If the promotion is completed. |\n\n## Creating a new promotion\n\nTo create a new promotion, click the `Create Promotion` button. For more information, read the guide [Seller Portal: Creating a promotion](/en/docs/tutorials/seller-portal-creating-a-promotion).\n\n## Searching for promotions\n\nTo search for a specific promotion in the list, you can use the search bar to search by name and description.\n\n## Filtering promotions\n\nYou can filter the promotions in the list using the following information:\n\n* **Status**: Promotion status, which can be `Active`, `Scheduled`, `Paused`, and `Completed`.\n* **Last Modified:** Filters the latest edits in the last 12 months, 3 months, 30 days, 7 days, or the day before the query.\n\nSelect the desired filters and click `Apply` to filter the promotions. To cancel the selection, click `Clear` on the desired filters.\n\n## Exporting promotions\n\nYou can download a CSV file with the promotions available in your store and their respective information. To do this, click the `Export` button next to the search bar. The file content will be exported considering applied filters and does not include archived promotions.\n\nThe file contains the following information about each promotion:\n\n| Column     | Description                                                              |\n| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |\n| ID         | Promotion ID.                                                            |\n| Name       | The promotion name.                                                      |\n| Start Date | The promotion start date.                                                |\n| End Date   | The promotion end date.                                                  |\n| Status     | Promotion status, which can be **Active**, **Scheduled**, **Paused**, and **Completed**. |\n\n## Viewing promotion usage data\n\nTo view the number of active promotions in your store and the remaining quota for new promotions, click `Promotion usage`.\n\nBy default, the maximum number of active promotions is 100. If you need to increase this limit, please contact [our Support](https://support.vtex.com/hc/en-us/requests) team.\n\n ![seller-portal-promo-ativas-en](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/sellers/seller-portal/seller-portal-promotions_2.png)\n\n## Accessing the promotion action menu\n\nBy clicking the <i class=\"fas fa-ellipsis-v\"></i> menu icon of a promotion, you can do the following:\n\n* <i class=\"fas fa-pencil-alt\"></i> **Edit:** To edit a promotion.\n* <i class=\"far fa-clone\"></i> **Duplicate:** To create a new promotion using the information from the existing one.\n* <i class=\"fas fa-archive\"></i> **Archive:** To archive the promotion. The promotion will automatically move to the [Archived Promotions](#viewing-archived-promotions) page.\n\n## Viewing archived promotions\n\nTo go to the **Archived Promotions** page, click the <i class=\"fas fa-ellipsis-v\"></i> icon and then <i class=\"fas fa-box\"></i>.\n\nYou can unarchive or duplicate archived promotions by clicking the <i class=\"fas fa-ellipsis-v\"></i> icon.\n\n> ℹ️ When you unarchive a promotion, the status will change to `Paused`."}
