Go to VTEX Admin to see your account's login page.\n2. Enter your email address.\n3. Click `Continue`.\n4. Click **Forgot password**.\n5. You will receive an access code by email. Enter the code you received in the field provided.\n6. Enter a new password for your account and click `Set new password`.\n\n## Changing two-factor verification settings\n\nOnce you have regained access to your account as described above, you can reset the two-step verification app by following these steps:\n\n1. In the top bar of the VTEX Admin, click your profile avatar, indicated by the initial letter of your email address.\n2. Click **User Settings**.\n3. In the **Authentication**, click on the **2-Step Verification** row.\n4. Select **Google Authenticator app**.\n5. Click `Setup` or`Change`, if you already have an authenticator app configured.\n6. In case you do not have the __Google Authenticator__ ([App Store](https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/google-authenticator/id388497605?mt=8) / [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2)), install it on your mobile device.\n7. Scan the QR code using the Google Authenticator app.\n8. Click `Next`.\n9. Enter the code that appears in the app in the field indicated on the page.\n10. Click `Confirm`."}
