Log in to the store.\r\n2. In the upper right corner, click **Company.**\r\n3. The sidebar will display the account and **organizational unit** information.\r\n4. Click **Manage.**\r\n\r\nYou will be directed to the main page of the **organization account,** where you can manage organization settings.\r\n\r\n## Organization account structure\r\n\r\nThe main page of the **organization account** is divided into three main sections, in addition to the other actions that can be performed on this screen.\r\n\r\n### Contract details\r\n\r\nThe contract details section is identified by the name of the [organizational unit](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/organizational-units) where the settings are being managed.\r\n\r\nIn this section, you can access:\r\n\r\n- **Profile** — Information about the organizational unit.\r\n- **Addresses** — Existing addresses.\r\n- **Payment methods** — Available payment methods.\r\n- **Credit cards** — Cards added for purchases.\r\n- **Product assortment** — Product catalog available to the unit.\r\n- **Accounting fields** — [Accounting fields](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/accounting-fields) configured by the organization, such as **PO Numbers** or **Cost Centers.**\r\n\r\n### Organization\r\n\r\nThe **Organization** section allows you to manage the organizational structure of the company.\r\n\r\nThe options include:\r\n\r\n- **Users** — Manage [organization users](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/buyer-organization-members).\r\n- **Roles** — Define permissions and roles.\r\n- **Organizational units** — Create and manage [organizational units](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/organizational-units).\r\n\r\n### Finance and compliance\r\n\r\nThe **Finance and compliance** section brings together tools for financial control and purchasing governance.\r\n\r\nYou can manage:\r\n\r\n- **Budgets** — [Budget](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/budgets-overview) definition.\r\n- **Buying policies** — [Buying policies](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/buying-policies-overview), rules that control approval, denial, or order review.\r\n\r\n### Adding entities\r\n\r\nYou can also add new resources to the organization using the **+** button in the upper right corner of the page.\r\n\r\nBy clicking this button, a menu displays with options to create different entities:\r\n\r\n- **Rename** — Rename the organizational unit.\r\n- **Add address** — Add an address.\r\n- **Add credit card** — Add a credit card.\r\n- **Add user** — Add a user to the organization.\r\n- **Add organizational unit** — Create a new [organizational unit](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/organizational-units).\r\n- **Add budget** — Create a [budget](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/budgets-overview).\r\n- **Add buying policy** — Create a [buying policy](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/buying-policies-overview).\r\n\r\n### Back to the store\r\n\r\nIn the upper right corner of the page, when you click the **Start shopping** option, you will be redirected to the **storefront**, where you can browse the catalog and place orders.\r\n\r\n## Tasks in the **organization account**\r\n\r\nCheck the articles below for more details on the different tasks you can perform in the **organization account** interface.\r\n\r\n- [Adding users to a buyer organization](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/adding-users-to-buyer-organizations)\r\n- [Adding or editing budgets](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/adding-or-editing-budgets)\r\n- [Adding or editing buying policies](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/adding-or-editing-buying-policies)\r\n- [Adding or editing accounting fields](https://help.vtex.com/en/docs/tutorials/adding-or-editing-accounting-fields)"}
