They can:\n- Place orders.\n- Manage information.\n- Perform administrative tasks.\n\nThe **Users** tab in the VTEX Admin is essential for managing who can access and operate the platform on behalf of an organization. Defining users and their permissions ensures secure operations, consistent with the responsibilities and roles of each organization member.\n\nSee how you can manage users by:\n- [Adding new users to the organization](#adding-new-users-to-the-organization).\n- [Editing users](#editing-users).\n- [Removing users](#removing-users).\n\n## Adding new users to the organization\nTo add a new user to the organization, follow these steps:\n\n<ol>\n    <li>In the VTEX Admin, go to **Apps &gt; B2B Organizations and Cost Centers &gt; Organizations**, or type **Organizations** in the search bar at the top of the page.</li>\n    <li>Click the name of the desired organization to access its details page.</li>\n    <li>Click the **Users** tab.</li>\n    <li>Click `New`.</li>\n    <li>Complete the user information as shown below:\n        <ul>\n            <li>**Name:** User's full name.</li>\n            <li>**Email:** User email.</li>\n            <li>**Organization:** Name of the organization.</li>\n            <li>**Cost Center:** Cost center with which the user will be associated.</li>\n            <li>**Role:** Role that the user will have in the store. In the VTEX Admin, go to **Apps > B2B Organizations and Cost Centers > Organizations**, or type **Organizations** in the search bar at the top of the page.\n2. Click the name of the desired organization to access its details page.\n3. Click the **Users** tab.\n4. Click the user you want to edit.\n5. Edit the **Role:**\n6. Click `Save`.\n\n## Removing users\n To remove a user, follow these steps:\n\n1. In the VTEX Admin, go to **Apps > B2B Organizations and Cost Centers > Organizations**, or type **Organizations** in the search bar at the top of the page.\n2. Click the name of the desired organization to access its details page.\n3. Click the **Users** tab.\n4. Click the user you want to remove.\n5. Click `Remove User`."}
