Go to **Your organizations** in the [dashboard do VTEX CX Platform](https://dash.weni.ai/orgs).\n2. Click the three-dot button <i class=\"fas fa-ellipsis-v\" aria-hidden=\"true\"></i> next to the desired organization.\n3. Click `Manage members`.\n4. Enter the email address of the person you want to add.\n5. Select one of the available permissions.\n6. Click `Add`.\n\n> ℹ️ The new member's status remains as **Pending** until they accept the invitation. To change a member's permission level, modify the desired type next to the member's name.\n\nTo remove a member from an organization, follow the steps below:\n\n1. Go to **Your organizations** in the [dashboard do VTEX CX Platform](https://dash.weni.ai/orgs).\n2.
