One of them is \"Let Me Know\" - a great opportunity to fulfill purchases that could be considered \"lost.\"\n\nBut what is this email about? In some cases, the customer may find that a product is currently unavailable. To work around this situation, the store can activate a \"Let Me Know\" email automation.\n\nOnce the item comes back to inventory, the system may send an alert to the consumer telling them the item is now available. That is, you may remind the customer that the purchase has not been completed.\n\nOne of the setting options for this template is, for example, to insert images in the body of the email.\n\nHere's how to do so:\n\n1. In the VTEX Admin, go to __Store Settings__, or type __Store Settings__ in the search bar at the top of the page.\n2. Click __Templates__.  \n3. Type the term __Let me know__ in the search.  \n4. Choose the template __Let me know__.  \n5. Go to the __HTML__ box.  \n6. Enter the __code__ of the images you want to insert. \n\n  ![Let me know - EN](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/catalog/products-and-skus/inserting-images-into-let-me-know-email_1.jpg)\n\n7. Click `Save`.  \n\nOnce saved, the setting will be valid for the next emails."}
