To learn how to configure this role, see [Creating a financial role](/en/docs/tutorials/creating-a-financial-role) or ask the store owner to adjust your permissions.\n\n## Instructions\n\n### Generating an invoice\n\nTo generate an invoice, follow these steps:\n\n1. In the VTEX Admin, click your avatar, identified by your email initial, in the top right corner of the screen.\n2. Click **Billing > Invoices**.\n3. Find the desired invoice and click **Open invoice**. The invoice will open in a new tab.\n4. (Optional) To save the file as a PDF, use the download or print options available in your browser.\n\n### Generating a boleto (Brazil only)\n\n>⚠️ The instructions in this section apply only to customers billed in Brazil.\n\nCustomers billed in Brazil can issue a new copy of a boleto by following these steps:\n\n1. In VTEX Admin, click your avatar — identified by the initial letter of your email — in the top right corner of the screen.\n2. Click **Billing > Invoices**.\n3. To pay the invoice, click **Efetuar pagamento**. Once you do this, the bank invoice will open in a new tab with a barcode and QR code for payment via Pix.\n4. (Optional) To save or print the file, click `Click here to print`."}
