It queries account databases in real time to identify trends, variations, and behavior patterns, providing insights that support decisions about performance and business operations.  \n\n## Beta limitations\n\n**Data Insights Agent** is currently in the testing phase. During this period, the feature has the following limitations:  \n\n- Only order and session data can be queried.  \n- Average response time is around 60 seconds.  \n- Conversations are not saved.  \n\n## How to use the assistant\n\nTo interact with the agent and start analyzing your store data, in the VTEX Admin, go to **Dashboards > Data Insights Agent** or type **Data Insights Agent** in the search bar. The page includes a conversation window and suggested questions to help you start an analysis with the assistant.   \n\n![Data Insights](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/beta/data-insights-agent-beta/data-insights-agent_1.jpg)\n\nWhen you click one of the suggested questions, the assistant begins analyzing the data related to this request.  \n\nBelow are some examples of possible analyses:  \n\n- Total sales per period (day, week, month)  \n- Sales comparison between periods  \n- Number of orders and their progression over time  \n- Average ticket per period  \n- Conversion rate of visitors to buyers  \n- Sessions by channel (organic, paid, or direct)  \n- Best-selling products in the period  \n- Products with the highest cart abandonment rate  \n- Performance variation by category  \n- Effect of promotions on specific products  \n- Margin analysis by product  \n- Impact of discount campaigns on sales  \n- Comparison of sales with and without discounts  \n- Analysis of coupons used  \n- Evolution of the average discount applied  \n- Purchase recurrence  \n- Average time between purchases  \n- Churn analysis (decline of active customers)  \n- Abnormal drop or spike in sales  \n- Unexpected variation in the average ticket  \n- Abrupt changes in traffic or conversion  \n- Errors in orders or transactions  \n- Factors that most impact store performance  \n\nWhenever you want to start a new conversation, click the `New conversation` arrow at the top of the page."}
