We will use the Finance role as a reference for this article, but the steps detailed below are the same for both roles.\n\n## How to associate users with the financial access profile\n\nYou can associate a user with the existing **Finance** profile:\n\n8. In VTEX Admin, click the logged-in user's initials in the top right corner.  \n9. Click **Account settings**.  \n10. Click **User Roles**.  \n11. Click `New Role`.  \n12. Select the **Finance** profile.  \n13. Add users to this access profile.  \n14. Click `Save`.\n\nThe financial access profile is now created and available to be associated with existing users.\n\n## How to associate users with the financial access profile\n\nYou can associate a user with the existing **Finance** profile:\n\n1. In **VTEX Admin**, click your name in the top right corner.  \n2. Click **Account settings**.  \n3. Click **Users**.  \n4. Select the user you want to associate.  \n5. Click `Add profiles`.  \n6. Select the **Finance** profile and click `Add profiles`.  \n7. Click `Save`.\n\nThe selected user is now associated with the Financial access profile and will be able to access invoices, contract information, billing, and other financial data."}
