{"section":"tutorials","requestedLocale":"en","requestedSlug":"b2b-store-settings","locale":"en","slug":"b2b-store-settings","path":"docs/en/tutorials/b2b/b2b-suite/b2b-organizations/b2b-store-settings.md","branch":"main","content":"> ⚠️ This documentation applies to B2B Suite only.\n\nThis page allows defining the behavior of B2B stores related to organization approval, user experience during navigation between companies, and linked sales channels.\n\nTo access the settings of your B2B store, follow the steps below:\n\n1. In the VTEX Admin, go to Apps > B2B Organizations & Cost Centers > Organizations, or type Organizations in the search bar at the top of the page.\n2. On the Organizations page, click Settings.\n\nOn this page, you can do the following:\n\n- Set approval for new organizations\n- Link sales channels to the store\n- Remove sales channels from the store\n\n## Setting approval for new organizations\n- Auto approve new organizations: When enabled, all newly created organizations will be approved automatically.\nOtherwise, you can configure the notification topbar to indicate that the organization hasn't been approved.\n\nAfter configuring organization approval, customize the topbar shown to buyers.\n\n### Customizing the topbar\n- Topbar color: Sets the background color of the bar shown at the top of the page. The color must be provided in hex code (example: #656896).\n- Message: Informative text that will be shown inside the bar.\n\n> ℹ️ If the **Message** field is left blank, the default text will be shown.\n\n### Applying edit restrictions\n- Make business document read only: Prevents the buyer from editing the business document.\n- Make state registration read only: Prevents editing the state registration field.\n\n### Configuring navigation behavior\n- Use modal to switch buyer company: Activates a modal window that allows users to select another buyer organization without leaving the current page.\n- Clear cart when switching company or logging in: Removes items from the cart whenever the user switches between organizations or logs in.\n- Allow organization and cost center selection with impersonating: Enables direct control over these fields when acting as another user in the store environment.\n\nAfter making changes in the above sections, click Save in the top right corner of the page to apply them correctly.\n\n## Linking sales channels to the store\nThis section allows linking the store to specific [sales channels](/en/docs/tutorials/how-trade-policies-work).\n\nTo link a sales channel, follow the steps below:\n\n- On the **Settings** tab, go to the **Bindings** section.\n- In the **Available bindings**, check the box of the desired sales channel.\n- Click `Add to binding` to move the policy to the Selected bindings list.\n\n## Removing sales channels from the store\nTo unlink a sales channel from the store, follow the steps below:\n\n1. On the **Settings** tab, go to the **Selected bindings** section.\n2. Check the box of the sales channel you want to remove.\n3. Click **Remove from binding** to remove it from the list.\n\nAfter adding or removing sales channels, click Save in the top right corner of the page to apply the changes."}
