The only requirement to connect Viber there is an **Authorization token** (called **App token** by the Viber team).\n\n![](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tutorials/weni-by-vtex/integrations/adding-a-viber-channel-rapidpro_3.png)\n\n#### Obtaining the app token\n\nThe main process resides in approving a Viber's public account and gathering the App token.\n\n## Creating a Viber account\n\nInstall Viber's mobile app and go through the registration process via a mobile phone number exclusively for the project. The first step required is to **provide a Welcome message**.
