There you will find the records of emails sent.\n\nThis record is made by a system called __Conversation Tracker__. To get a deeper understanding of how it works, see our article on [communication with the client during the order flow](/en/docs/tutorials/understanding-the-conversation-tracker).\n\n> ℹ️ Since the communication with customers is a responsibility from marketplaces, only orders with marketplace origin keep a transactional emails history. Orders with fulfilllment origin do not keep a register of transactional emails."}
