It provides a comprehensive end-to-end marketplace, native order management (OMS), and a composable commerce model. This enables stores across various segments to manage their operations efficiently and at scale, delivering exceptional shopping experiences to their customers.\n\nThe following image shows VTEX's solutions and possibilities, which will be covered throughout this article series:\n\n![vtex_composable_complete_EN](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/tracks/onboarding-guide/vtex-store-overview/introduction-to-vtex_1.png)\n\n> ℹ️ Besides the resources available on the Help Center and [Developer Portal](https://developers.vtex.com/), as well as the [VTEX Community](https://community.vtex.com/), our [website](https://vtex.com/us-en/) provides additional information about the platform through [demo videos](https://vtex.com/br-pt/resources-category/product-demo-videos-br/) and [ebooks](https://vtex.com/br-pt/resources-category/ebooks-br/) created by our [partners](/en/tracks/vtex-store-overview--eSDNk26pdvemF3XKM0nK9/4yPqZQyj0t675QpcG7H6yl#implementation-partners). There is also a series of [onboarding videos](https://sites.google.com/vtex.com.br/onboardingvtex/trilha) (available only in Portuguese).\n\n## Track overview\n\nThis track presents the journey of a VTEX store from its initial settings to the go-live. But before configuring the platform [modules](/en/docs/tracks/vtex-modules-i), planning [backend integrations](/en/docs/tracks/backend-integrations), and choosing a [frontend](/en/docs/tracks/frontend-implementation) technology for building the storefront, there's a preliminary step: determining the [account type and architecture](/en/docs/tracks/accounts-and-architecture) that best align with your business needs.\n\n> ⚠️ Each ecommerce operation has its own particularities and this content is not intended to encompass all possible scenarios. Our goal is to provide a general model and present the features and possibilities of the VTEX platform.\n\nThe content is organized sequentially for educational purposes; however, this does not imply that the steps need to be executed in order or that the previous step is a block for the next. Some steps can be completed in parallel, at least partially, such as backend integrations, settings for some modules, and frontend implementation.\n\n## Onboarding guide overview\n\nThe **VTEX store overview** is the first track in the **Onboarding guide**. After the go-live, there are several other [solutions](/en/docs/tracks/add-on-products) and [settings](/en/docs/tracks/other-vtex-module-settings) on the platform to diversify your store's sales strategies and expand your business operations. This is the focus of the second track, called [Next steps after the go-live](/en/docs/tracks/next-steps).\n\nThe third and final track of the **Onboarding guide** is [Support at VTEX](/en/docs/tracks/vtex-support) and aims to provide our customers with the best platform and support experiences. The track covers how [VTEX Support works](/en/docs/tracks/how-vtex-support-works) and explains how to open tickets to get help with [technical](/en/docs/tracks/technical-support), [billing](/en/docs/tracks/billing-support) or [commercial](/en/docs/tracks/commercial-support) issues.\n\nNow we are ready to begin our journey.\nWelcome to VTEX."}
