This decision is due to the discontinuation of the Amazon service that provides the technology behind the app's features.\n\n## What has changed?\n\nAs of September 30, 2026, the Personal Shopper app will no longer be available. This means that:\n\n- It will not be possible to create, schedule, or join video calls with customers.\n- Customers will not be able to request assistance from personal shoppers in the store.\n- The **Calls**, **Analytics**, and **Settings** pages will no longer be available in the VTEX Admin.\n\n## What needs to be done?\n\nNo action is required from the merchant.
