With this update, you can view the custom fields of each order and specific app information directly on the order details page.\n\n![Custom data in VTEX Admin](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/announcements/2026/may/2026-05-22-orders-custom-data-now-visible-in-the-vtex-admin.png)\n\n## What has changed?\n\nPreviously, custom data linked to orders in the OMS, including store custom fields (`customFields`) and app payloads (`customApps`), could only be accessed via API calls. Now, when an order contains custom data, both the order details page and the print view in the VTEX Admin display this information in collapsible menus: one for custom fields and another for app payloads.\n\n> ℹ️ To learn more about `customFields` and `customApps`, read the article [VTEX Data Pipeline Beta](https://help.vtex.com/docs/tutorials/orders-data-pipeline-beta#table-orders_custom_fields).\n\n## Why did we make this change?\n\nThe main advantages of this change are:\n\n- A complete and quick view of custom data directly in the VTEX Admin interface with no need for manual API queries.\n- Better visibility of specific information in one place.\n- Data displayed in an organized way in collapsible groups, making it easier to read and manage orders.\n\n## What needs to be done?\n\nTo access this improvement, contact [VTEX Support](https://supporticket.vtex.com/support) and request activation of this feature for your account."}
