When an order had not yet been integrated with VTEX, the SKUs remained reserved, compromising the store [inventory](/en/docs/tutorials/managing-stock-items).  \n\nNow, [canceled orders](/en/docs/tutorials/declining-order-cancellation) on Amazon are automatically canceled on VTEX, and the reserved SKUs become available for sale. The new cancellation flow is valid for cancellations made by the seller, Amazon, or the customer.  \n\n## Why did we make this change?\nVTEX has implemented this flow to make this order cancellation process more efficient. This change gives sellers the following benefits:  \n\n- Reserved SKUs become available faster.  \n- Operational costs of the manual process are eliminated.  \n- Accurate order synchronization.  \n\n## What needs to be done?\n\nNo action is required from the seller. The new flow is available for all VTEX accounts integrated with Amazon."}
