From there, you can complete the [initial setup](/en/docs/tracks/initial-setup) and configure the platform [modules](/en/docs/tracks/vtex-modules-i), focusing on getting the operation going. Once the [backend integrations](/en/docs/tracks/backend-integrations) are completed and the [frontend](/en/docs/tracks/frontend-implementation) technology has been implemented in order to build the storefront, it's time for the [go-live](/en/docs/tracks/planning-the-go-live) and launching the new store.\n\n

This track also describes VTEX's [add-on products](/en/docs/tracks/add-on-products), which are products that can be requested separately for implementing new strategies and diversifying the business.\n\n

\n\nThe **VTEX Support** track describes the [support](/en/docs/tracks/vtex-support) offered by VTEX to clients, which is not restricted to a specific part of the journey. Other tracks also mention [how support works](/en/docs/tracks/how-vtex-support-works), since [opening a ticket](/en/docs/tracks/opening-tickets) is the designated channel for certain requests. The organization of this track aims to help our clients have the best experiences with our services, providing all the necessary information for opening tickets, whether for [technical](/en/docs/tracks/technical-support), [billing](/en/docs/tracks/billing-support), or [commercial](/en/docs/tracks/commercial-support) support.\n\n## Why did we create this content?\n\nWe organized the **Onboarding guide** to provide autonomy for our clients.
