The portal allows sellers to access all the key features necessary to operate ecommerce on big storefronts, increasing visibility and sales conversion. \n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n
Via the Seller Portal, sellers can:By having the Seller Portal, marketplaces can:
  • Connect fast and frictionlessly to the marketplace that invited them.
  • Access the redesigned [Seller Portal Catalog](/en/docs/tutorials/how-the-seller-portal-catalog-works) interface to activate and sell products immediately.
  • Add, query, and edit Catalog information using the [Catalog API - Seller Portal](https://developers.vtex.com/vtex-rest-api/reference/catalog-api-seller-portal).
  • Manage [shared products](/en/docs/tutorials/seller-portal-shared-products) already in the marketplace catalog, reducing the complexity of selling the marketplace's available products.
  • Update inventory and product prices.
  • Manage and invoice all your orders on the marketplace and process payments

\n\n#### Catalog API - Seller Portal\n\nWe provided [Catalog API - Seller Portal](https://developers.vtex.com/vtex-rest-api/reference/catalog-api-seller-portal) to allow sellers to add, query, and edit product, SKU, brand, and category information in bulk. This new feature facilitates automatically importing Catalog information by integrating with external systems like ERP, including:\n\n* Products\n* SKUs\n* Brands\n* Categories \n\n#### Seller Invite \n\nTo facilitate new sellers joining the Seller Portal, we have also launched the [Seller Invite](/en/docs/tutorials/marketplace-invited-sellers) page, where marketplace operators invite sellers to join their marketplace. The page allows you to invite two types of sellers: \n\n* **VTEX hosted stores:** can connect their VTEX account as a new marketplace seller.\n* **Stores that do not have a VTEX account:** sellers hosted on other platforms or not yet subscribed to any digital commerce platform can create an account on the VTEX Seller Portal.\n\n### Seller management\n\n![Seller management gif 2022 launch](https://cdn.statically.io/gh/vtexdocs/help-center-content/refs/heads/main/docs/en/announcements/2022/october/2022-10-17-vtex-marketplace-launches-in-2022_3.gif)\n\nWe launched the redesigned experience of the [Seller Management](/en/docs/tutorials/seller-management) page, where marketplace operators can [add sellers](/en/docs/tutorials/adding-a-seller) and their respective information and manage their status. \n\nThe page includes:\n\n* New and improved filter and search options.\n* A more complete form for creating and editing sellers.\n* Metrics about seller pending offers.\n* The option to add sellers to groups created by the marketplace that makes it easier to manage multiple sellers in a more efficient and scalable way.\n\n_This page follows the new VTEX Design System, with a clean, modern and easy-to-use layout. [Join](https://content.vtex.com/join-new-admin-beta-program-en/) the [Redesigned VTEX Admin](/en/v4) Beta program to access more pages with this new look and feel and a redesigned Admin with actionable data._ \n\n### Offer management\n\nA seller's efficiency and strategic performance depend on their visibility over submitting offers to the marketplace and identifying and fixing errors during the process. To make this process easier, we have launched the [Offer Management](/en/tutorial/gestao-de-anuncios--7MRb9S78aBdZjFGpbuffpE) feature. \n\nUntil now, to get information about marketplace offers, sellers had to go to three different pages in the VTEX Admin: _Product, Price, _and_ Inventory_ under _Marketplace > Integrations_. In addition, identifying and fixing errors when submitting offers was hardly intuitive.\n\nThe new feature allows the seller to monitor their listings easily and to quickly fix shipping and product synchronization errors. It is available for products sent to to VTEX marketplaces. \n\n Now, on a single page, sellers can:\n\n* Easily track offer information such as sales channel, price, inventory, and status.\n* Quickly identify and fix errors when sending and synchronizing offers.\n* Search using different filters.\n* Export spreadsheets with offer lists.\n* Investigate in a granular way the offer [interactions](/en/tutorial/detalhes-da-interacao--5qC6XPkyUsYPd0dqKHQNlf) with each system involved.\n\nThe **Offer Management** feature is intended only for sellers, but it also benefits the marketplace operator, who can provide a better experience for their sellers and ensure faster product delivery.\n\n## What needs to be done?\n\nCheck the tables below to see what needs to be done for marketplaces and sellers to start using the new features. \n\n### Marketplaces\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n

Seller InviteThe feature is now available in your Admin under Marketplace > Sellers > Seller Management. It is available in all accounts except franchise and white label seller accounts.
Seller PortalTo enable sellers to access the portal, follow these steps:
  1. Send an invite to each seller you wish to add to the Seller Portal via the [Seller Invite](/en/docs/tutorials/marketplace-invited-sellers) page.
  2. Share the article \"[Seller: creating an account in the Seller Portal ](/en/docs/tutorials/seller-creating-an-account-in-the-seller-portal)\" with your sellers to help them learn how to set up their accounts.
  3. [Activate the seller](/en/docs/tutorials/seller-portal-getting-started-for-the-marketplace) so that they can submit products to your marketplace.

Seller ManagementThe page is now available in your Admin under Marketplace > Sellers > Seller Management in the side menu. After the launch, the previous page will be replaced by the new experience, and you will not be able to go back to the previous one.

Offer ManagementThe page is now available in the Admin for any VTEX marketplace sellers. For other marketplaces, you will still need to use the Product, Price, and Inventory pages under **Marketplace > Integrations**.
To access the page in the VTEX Admin, go to **Marketplace > Integrations > Offer Management**. If your store uses the [VTEX Redesigned Admin](https://content.vtex.com/join-new-admin-beta-program-en/), go to **Marketplace > Connections > Offer Management**.

Seller PortalAfter the marketplace sends the invitation, the seller will receive the link to create their Seller Portal account by email.
