This feature allows you to manage and associate relevant cost centers to your organization, making it easy to allocate and analyze financial expenses.\n\n## Adding a cost center\nTo add a cost center through the VTEX Admin, go to **Apps > B2B Organizations and Cost Centers > Organizations**, or type **Organizations** in the search bar at the top of the page.\n\nTo add a new cost center, follow these steps:\n\n<ol>\n  <li>Click the organization name.</li>\n  <li>Click the **Cost Centers** tab.</li>\n  <li>Click `New`.</li>\n  <li>\n    Complete the necessary fields about the cost center based on the information below:\n    <ul>\n      <li>**Cost center name**: Name of the cost center associated with the organization.</li>\n      <li>**Phone number**: Phone number for contacting the organization.</li>\n      <li>**Business document**: Company registration number, tax identification number, VAT number, or other document.</li>\n      <li>**State registration**: Company state registration number.</li>\n      <li>**Country**: Country where the cost center is located.</li>\n      <li>**Postal code**: Postal code of the cost center's address.</li>\n      <li>**Street**: Name of the street where the cost center is located.</li>\n      <li>**Number**: Number of the address where the cost center is located.</li>\n      <li>**Additional information**: Extra details about the cost center's address.</li>\n      <li>**Neighborhood**: Name of the neighborhood where the cost center is located.</li>\n      <li>**City**: City where the cost center is located. This field is populated automatically based on the postal code entered.</li>\n      <li>**State**: State where the cost center is located. This field is populated automatically based on the postal code entered.</li>\n      <li>**Recipient**: Name of the person who will receive the orders at the address provided.</li>\n    </ul>\n  </li>\n  <li>Click the `Add` button.</li>\n  <li>Click `Save` at the top right of the page after making any changes.</li>\n</ol>\n\n## Cost center details\nTo view, add or edit the details of a cost center in the VTEX Admin, go to **Apps > B2B Organizations and Cost Centers >Organizations**, or type **Organizations** in the search bar at the top of the page.\n\nTo add a cost center, follow the steps below:\n\n1. Click the organization name.\n2. Click the **Cost Center** tab.\n3. Click `New` and complete the form fields.\n4. To add information, click on the cost center and fill in the fields.\n5. Click `Add`. \n\n### Cost center form\nThe form for viewing or editing the cost center is divided into the following sections:\n- [Information fields](#information-fields)\n- [Addresses](#addresses)\n- [Custom fields](#custom-fields)\n\n#### Information fields\nOn this details page, you can view or edit the following fields:\n- **Cost center name:** Name of the cost center associated with the organization.\n- **Phone number:** Phone number for contacting the organization.\n- **Business document:** Company registration number, tax identification number, VAT number, or other document.\n- **State registration:** Company state registration number.\n\n#### Addresses\nTo edit or delete an existing address, click<i class=\"fas fa-ellipsis-v\" aria-hidden=\"true\"></i> and select `Edit` or `Delete`.\n\nIf you want to add a new delivery address associated with this cost center, follow these instructions:\n\n<ol>\n  <li>Click the `Add New Address` button.</li>\n  <li>\n    Complete the address details:\n    <ul>\n      <li>**Country**: Country where the cost center is located.</li>\n      <li>**Postal code**: Postal code of the cost center's address.</li>\n      <li>**Street**: Name of the street where the cost center is located.</li>\n      <li>**Additional information**: Extra details about the cost center's address.</li>\n      <li>**City**: City where the cost center is located. This field is populated automatically based on the postal code entered.</li>\n      <li>**State**: State where the cost center is located. This field is populated automatically based on the postal code entered.</li>\n      <li>**Recipient**: Name of the person who will receive the orders at the address provided.</li>\n    </ul>\n  </li>\n  <li>Click the `Add` button.</li>\n  <li>Click `Save` at the top right of the page after making any changes.</li>\n  <li>Click `Delete` to remove the cost center.</li>\n</ol>\n\n#### Custom fields\nCustom fields allow users to add information relevant to the company.
